On laparotomy, a 20-cm Meckel’s diverticulum was found with enteroliths packed in the tip causing a microperforation (a,b). A segmental bowel resection with primary anastomosis was performed. Meckel’s enterolith is a rare possibility that should be considered in a patient with a picture of small bowel obstruction and calcification on imaging studies.
