Conclusion

Fourteen studies (ten RCTs) looked at the effect of dual antiplatelets after revascularisation procedures. The duration of use was variable, but combination treatment reduced major cardiovascular events (P<).0001) and improved results of the procedure. Rates of major bleeding were similar.
