Conclusion

Ninety-nine medical students proficient in complex tasks on virtual reality were randomly allocated instructor feedback. Feedback improved training efficiency: time (162 vs 342 min, P<0.0005) and repetitions (29 vs 65, P<0.005) to achieve proficiency.
